Common questions
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Open Billing in your dashboard and click Manage subscription. You’ll be sent to the Stripe portal where you can cancel or change plans.
- The extension stopped working on x.com.
- Open the side panel, sign out, then sign back in. If that doesn’t help, refresh x.com and email us with the browser console log.
- I’m on the Free plan and tasks stop after one action.
- That’s the daily quota. Upgrade in Billing or wait until the next UTC day for the quota to reset.

Refunds
We offer a refund within 7 days of your first paid charge if Growany does not work for you. Email support@growany.app and we’ll process it.
